Sympatec provides high level support for our customers with a professional team of service engineers to ensure the optimal use of your Sympatec particle size analysers.

From receipt of your order Sympatec's After-Sales Service will give advice and assistance with the environmental requirements of the instrument. Once a delivery date has been confirmed our engineers will call to arrange a convenient appointment for the commissioning, validation where required, and the training of the instrument operators. In certain circumstances, Sympatec may also undertake a pre-installation site visit to confirm the availability of services and to plan the installation with your site engineers.

Throughout the lifetime of your Sympatec instrument the support continues with:

Telephone hot-line to answer questions and to solve minor malfunctions. This service is provided free of charge during office hours and you are welcome to call us as often as required.
